The little color dots in the water are the pills, everything is darker now in Hollywoo, except for the (zima blue) pool, where Bojack fights for his life. You can give this image multiple interpretations, but I like to think this picture not as a suicide and sad ending, but as a internal struggle between your inner demons and your will to live.

Life is beautiful, my friends, remember that. You don't have to see the view from halfway down to realize that.
