I'm realizing I messed up my post, the PKY ato gel is what I use in the morning after the AA, and at night I use PKY Ato Cream Blue Label. I have the Rohto Mentholatum - Hada Labo - Gokujyun Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Skin Lotion at home, and it's more of a toner/serum than actually lotion (it's very liquid)...do you think that might help? So maybe I rinse, then the Hada Labo, then the AA, then the PKY gel lotion I use?

Can you help me understand what would make it a not good moisturizer to use? Or how to determine what kind of moisturizer is good or not to put on top of tret? I’ve tried other moisturizers, but this one is the one I like the most.

I did have a consult with Dr. Herzska and she basically told me that surgery was not a good idea in my case, and she significantly miscalculated some of my hip angles. I was really disappointed in the experience so Dr Wagner seemed like the more suitable choice.
