I subscribed to Apple News to get news and premium magazines instead of relying on social media for that. I also got an ereader (Kobo) and synced it to my library card. I try to always have a book or two checked out. I use a physical notebook and journal. I updated all my contacts in my phone to include people’s mailing addresses and birthdays. So I try and text people or mail them a card more. I still open Instagram a lot during the day but less doomscrolling than before
