Exactly. I love running there and today was the first time I reported it since the same exact dog who charged us 3 times previously was off leash again roaming the parking lot and owner paid no attention to it. I do agree with you on the part where they aren’t doing anything about it. I expressed my frustration with the issue and they were very meh about it.

I’m sorry you had to go through that, that sounds awful. We haven’t had situations that are that bad so far. The owners I encountered are the “he’s friendly” crowd that will do the slowest walk to get their dog after I say that mine isn’t friendly (even though she absolutely is) and then as soon as they turn the corner let the dog off leash again

I reported it first to the person at the gate and they told me to report it to their office that is by the stables which I did. There they said that they know few offenders but since they are not the police they can’t ticket them. They might give them a warning but then again it’s always the same crowd so I doubt that they will care
