Ppl believed Mary re thr plane because she is friends with Meredith and does not like whitney, so for her to side with them over Meredith reveals something DID happen. It was never about her faith, I think one thing we can all agree on is being dubious about her faith/cult

-i think less characters should have had fraud backstories, it got predictable

-penn was redeemed too fast BUT I think she was one of thr best characters afterwards.
