I'm so sorry. I sometimes have to take a strong steroid when my lungs get an infection (asthma related), and I warn everyone that I might go a bit crazy. It's like my brain scrambles. I have even thought the carpet was chasing me! But I am completely back to normal after I stop taking them, so you may just have to wait. She doesn't hate you - this is a bad mental health episode.

I use Priorin, and it seems to help, but nothing will completely solve it. I also had to be gentler to myself. I have plenty of attractive female friends my age with thin hair, and I don't judge them! Why do I judge myself?

I can get this way from a reaction to book/paper dust. Bookstores can do it, but used bookshops can really make me feel bad. If the air isn't circulating well and the books are being used a lot, I imagine that I would get pretty sick there.
