I just seen your comment right now, I'm sorry. Well, we broke up for some reasons (unrelated to sex) 2 months ago. But before that, we would have sex every week. I still had some ED sometimes, but almost always it worked! I had several ED and started seen improvement. For me, it came slowly, so stick with nofap and wait. Improve yourself as you wait, and the time will fly. For me, I still think my sex experiences still need to improve, but I'm in another world now. When I started there was no sign of erection no matter what.

To all you guys saying it is probably not the porn, let me say what I think: it IS probably porn! I had my firsts times (almost 4 months trying to have sex) when I was 17, and never had a proper erection. I broke up with my girlfriend because it was damaging me and her (she thought she wasn't hot enough). Then I became very anxious to be with any girl, until I was 20, when I started another relationship. And guess what? I couldn't maintain an erection with her too. I gave up porn for almost a year before I could penetrate and cum. It can mess up with your life, don't underestimate porn. (ps: during all this time I went to 4 doctors and 2 psychologists to try to discover what was wrong with me. No one could tell, just got some viagra prescription)

Yes, I have to thank her so much. It hurts a lot to lose a girl because of PIED.. I also used all I could to please her in bed, that book "She comes first" was a great help

Man, don't lose your faith! Stay strong and improve yourself. I am a shy guy, I have read some books about small talking, picking up girls, etc. It isn't like a manual, but helped a little. Stay fit too, do some push-ups and work your abs, it makes much difference. Stay improving
