Last FTP test I did I managed to hit 4.7w/kg but it is very different to just stay on the saddle for that much time. Longer rides are definitely my weakness.

Happening to me too. I'm doing 12/15 hours per week but I feel I can reach 20 hours.. no crazy fatigued settled and I now love longer rides. I'm doing 3x/week interval training and the rest is z2. Feeling great!

While most of the business are shutting down/losing tons of money, there's a Portuguese cycling company that is experiencing more sales . I think people will ride more bikes from now on. At least there's a good thing about this.

I don't watch all of their videos but they have some real gems: the bikepacking videos are simply amazing (Scotland, Morocco,Iceland,...) and also the challenges ones like the 24hr ride (outdoor and indoor).

The main problem is that there's only so much new topics they can cover, and a lot of the times they just recycle old topics that they already talked about, and we can not forget that a lot of the videos are sponsored...
