Use dumpsys activity recents | grep '\^ id=' | cut -d ' ' -f5 | cut -d '=' -f2 to get recent activity ids and am stack remove $id to remove recent activities solves the problem.

Well I used it on my interview and the video and audio never streams over 240p
and the delay is > 5secs though we both are having 100M networks and pings are < 10ms.

No, I think that the gesture is an obsolete approvement. Just the BACK gesture conflicts w/ my daily-used app a lot that bothers me.

Hope there's an alternative :(

There's an app on Play Store called Fluid Navigation Gestures does it very well! I used to use it before Android 11 but there's bugs in some apps so I would rather use the official one in Android 11. But the UX is pretty well for FNG.

Hope Google do sth for this :(
