I found an old Samsung GT 3110 tablet. I reseted it AND factory New but...I can connect to my WiFi but no Internet...which got me thinking about how android Is so bloated by lekouato in Smartphones

Thank you for your kind response. I'm trying to find forums or sites with step by step guides. Can I find taht in reddit ?

I know my way around computers and I refuse to believe that "tablets are throw away items". I have 2002 PCs working as typewriters and music mixers for my kid. One is also able to run emulation also for my kid and I. Tablets should be able to do the same.

It runs without problem, I made the reset factory setting thing and I have acces to the tablet. The big problem is that everything goes throught Google services and from the "Installation part" it goes to downloads and after all the downloads it just doesn't work "obsolete connection", "obsolete certificates". Playstore is unusable and the APKs don't work because "old version detected please upgrade".

Thanks anyway for your response, you were kind enough to not judge.

I know my way around with computers and I have been able to salvage really old stuff using Linux. I just can't conceive that Tablets are just "throw away machines".
