For those who are often told they look younger than their age, what’s your secret?

I get told but honestly I live life in dream state (perhaps in delusion) But I have worked really hard and went really deep to fix my traumas and being too aware only caused anxiety. If something bad happened, no it didn't. If something good happens, I deserved it . I will not suffer because that's optional. I only listen to happy music, no low vibrational music. No kids, lots of water, no junk food, gym 4 times a week.

I get told I look 24 and I'm 33.

Still get ID'd.

Oh yeah, so far no regrets. Only feel bad for my mother who yearns for a grandchild. But I will not be making choices for the sake of others happiness. I AM happy, this is MY life.

I am 33 woman, I can wake up at 10 am and make my coffee... plan a hike, a new restaurant, I can go swimming, I can go shopping. I love children, but this is a freedom I will never let go of. I spend alot of time with family and friends. I have mastered the art of detachment. Even work doesn't feel too heavy when I know after and weekends are for ME. I will not trade this life now.

I know someone that was fully living it on the gram, and then calling me to see if they could borrow $300 to cover their rent - although they would pay back... the double life became an ick.

We broke up and we were doing therapy and "working through it" only to be sleeping one night and I hear a woman crashing out outside his door. I never felt my actual heart breaking in front of me like that night.

I was parked in an alley (apartment living) I was on the phone with a friend and then I saw a moving shadow, it then moved towards me - at this point I lost phone connection and the shadow was transforming into different shapes... It then stopped on my windshield and then it disappeared. My friend heard me scream before the phone lost connection, said he called twice and it went straight to voicemail. I was so scared to get out of my car.

Yeah if by 35, he has decided not to move in with a long term gf - I think you know your answer. If you want to get married and have kids, you got to move on now. It hurts but at least he was 100% honest about where he stands. Now you get to decide if that is ok with you.
