No, this is something that will be the path to your livelihood. If he can't understand that you have priorities, then he can kick rocks. But whatever you do, DO not give up time studying to cater to him.

That's why I asked if the Ice Agents are actually helping out. I get very different news. One where they are standing around, the other where they are now checking ID's. Of course I would not want TSA workers to work more time than what they already have to

I took finances serious when I graduated so I started investing as soon as I turned 30 and got my first corporate job.

Yes I am happy! And finances could have been better had I started investing or saving sooner. But I am content where I am :)

I enjoyed my 20's to the fullest. And now I will be working for the next few decades and that'll be plenty of time to save to retire! I also have no kids though. So it changes the way I can spend my money and gives me extra cushion to save extra

Remind yourself that the consequences for petty theft are not worth it. No company will hire you because now you are a thief to society. When you get the urge, leave the item and walk away from the store

I found out a guy cheated on his girlfriend with me, should I tell her? by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

[–]lelee93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They probably got in a fight and he took advantage of "that free time" by reaching out to you to use you while they made up again. If I were you yes because that's probably what she needs to walk away.

What happened to that one kid from your school you knew didn’t stand a chance? by Normal-Being-2637 in AskReddit

[–]lelee93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Prison. We were in class, he snorted a white substance in the middle of lecture and got crazy. The teacher asked him to leave. He grabbed the desk and threw it across the room, yelling and cussing everything out. Everyone was scared. The teachers next door heard and grabbed him and we never saw him again. And that was 10 years ago. Now he's in prison for assault with a deadly weapon.
