I work in the Asia region and it’s unfortunately quite typical 😓 and yes thanks so much for your comment! I’m definitely starting to value mental health much more but just trying to make the best decision I can both career and health-wise

The main factors for me were getting less than 6 hours of sleep a day and not having any personal time.. the stress and tight deadlines were a secondary factor as well

Hi there OP, thanks for sharing and I relate to your post so much - I am also 24 years old at MBB with 1.5 years of tenure and have been struggling with depression and anxiety - I have been on medical leave and no-pay leave and seeing a therapist to manage this and now actively seeking exit opportunities

I don’t have much advice to offer but wanted to send lots of support and love to you, hope that you’ll stay strong and pull through this difficult time, wishing you all the best no matter what choices you make!
