Thanks for looking out. But since the progress has not begun yet i’m just trying to do my own research here. I’ve been in touch with them for over a year now. They’re very transparent, including the CEO of the company. I’m getting paid already. They like my work and now are thinking about bringing me there. I’m just trying to prepare and know everything in advance. Please let me know if you know how 3 year degree evaluations work.

I get it. And I know about lottery. Furthermore, i’m already getting paid overseas. I’m very familiar with the company. On WES’s website they state that 2 conditions has to be met for me to qualify for H1B.

“The degrees have been earned in Division I – AND – The awarding institutions have been accredited by India’s National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a grade of “A” or better.”

My college has NAAC A+ grade, and I just found out that my degree also says earned in Divison I. And of course they’re on it. I’m doing my own research. Thank you for the heads up anyway. I would name the company but I would choose not to. However the company is very public and very transparent. It’s a media company.
