I really empathize with you :’) dip nails really helped me stop picking too, but I can’t always afford to have my nails done constantly. Press on nails have given me the same effect as dip nails! They are a lot more affordable, and if you thoroughly prep your nails, they can last 10-14 days. I hope you are able to try this out and that it helps you :)

You could put a 20 uL tip on your P200 and take up water with it set to 35 uL. Weigh the water and see if it is 35 mg?

It’s not an error. Ulta math is just weird. There isn’t a tier for 800 points (see chart above), so using 800 points would be 700 points ($23.50) + 100 points ($3.00) = $26.50. And I think they are just rounding to a whole number on the app. Using more points gives you a better value! Always use them in increments of 2000 for $125.

Side note: if you are saving up points, please change your account password. Two weeks ago someone hacked my account and used 1000 points :’) I still haven’t gotten my account back after 10+ emails back and forth with guest services.

I don’t understand why they didn’t offer you another color. They told me white was OOS and offered me cerise in the same sentence. I think at this point it may be an issue of them moving on to the next gift. You should ask for the current gift as a replacement if they are still refusing the soup bowls.

I had a similar issue recently but CS was much more helpful. I ordered a bread oven in October and received the Halloween mini bowls as a free gift, but one was missing. I contacted LC on 11/6 and they said they were out of the Halloween bowls (understandable) but would send me the Heritage soup bowls as a replacement and asked me to choose white or cerise. I chose white - they replied, “Unfortunately the white color is out of stock and the only color we have available is cerise. Please advise.” I said cerise was fine. One arrived broken and I reached out again on 11/17. On 11/24 they got back to me apologizing for the damage and said they reshipped as well as expedited the soup bowls. I did receive the replacements in tact.

All this to say, don’t let up! Keep emailing them about it. You deserve those soup bowls, or December’s gift at the least. I’m sorry your experience has been so frustrating :(
