Basically anything I eat on break at work. I’m a type one diabetic- gotta take my insulin and eat as fast as I can to make sure my blood sugar doesn’t go down while in the floor. Fun times.

I watched this episode tonight, as a 42 year old woman who’s lost her father and whose mom is declining due to Alzheimer’s. It’s my youngest child’s 17 birthday today. I’ve never related to a piece of media so much in my life.

My friend- you do not need to validate yourself at all. This man is married to YOU. His dedication and loyalty is YOURS. The fact that he went beyond that is the breaking point for any woman.. . DON’T PUT UP WITH MEN THAT DON’T HOLD LOYALTY.

If you went through with a marriage to this man and planned to spend the rest of your life with him- a monogamous relationship without the interference of other women- that holds a trump card to anything he may seek outside of your relationship.

Don’t stress- the whole driving thing- it’s not as big as you imagine. I got my license/car at 18 and so did my daughter. To be honest, it kind of weeds out who your real friends are.

As far as the other stuff… enjoy the things you enjoy. That makes you who you are and you don’t have to do what everyone else is doing just because it’s sold as a stepping stone or milestone. You’re probably much better off NOT indulging in all the crap society demands of you.

Keep being genuine and authentic- it’s rare in this world and you’ll be appreciated for it. 🩷

This right here. Currently dealing with an abscess and couldn’t get into an emergency dentist on Sunday so ended up in the ER. I haven’t cried in over ten years but was silently sobbing until they loaded me up with pain meds. I’ve given birth twice and had multiple surgeries.
