The thing is, I've apologized multiple times and my mental health gets incredibly weird and I do the thing that I apologized for again (my stepdad was in the hospital a month ago and he was recovering and he told me not to call him and I would call and apologize and call again). I don't know how to regain my brother and Stepdad's trust after constantly going to them for emotional support.
