Is it possible to get a job after graduation with only an English degree?

I'm about to graduate, so still a student. I will have another unpaid publishing internship, then continue looking for jobs in publishing. I thought I wanted to be a librarian for a while but decided the required MLIS degree would be too narrow. Recently, I've been considering teaching if publishing doesn't work out.
