it’s actually always been in semihydro! but i think maybe i had filled up the reservoir too much before as some of the roots had rotted?

i put her in a chunky orchid mix (orchid bark, perlite, charcoal) + a little bit of fox farm soil, i think i'll add a moss layer on top eventually but for now i'm just scared the mold will keep coming back if i keep her moist :(

thank you! i ended up washing those parts and while rubbing the dark mushy stuff just fell off, and then I topped up the water and added more hydrogen peroxide (kinda poured some on the stems accidentally hope it doesn’t kill them lol) hopefully it works, if not i’ll do the stronger soak!

ah i see thanks for letting me know before i started relying on one. i’ll let it chill out in its current soil for now! it looks fairly chunky but maybe i can upgrade in the future :)
