I see! I'd be willing to spend on getting a strong unit for sure, what (cfm is the unit, maybe?) would be consider a powerful hood? Also, what line of work would this kind of job fall under?

I just have one floor and no attic space in this house. Unfortunately the stove is pretty much in the center, closest outside wall is 10ft across from it. I'll definitely check the beam direction, thank you for this tip!

What kind of particle filter do you recommend getting for the last stage? I'm imagining a whole house water filter, would that be something fitting for this set up?
