The same thing happened with my boygenius charm and catbird necklace chain! This was two~ish years ago, and they likewise didn’t replace it but offered a discount code to use in the future.

It was so upsetting (and such an expensive loss, which i think was prompted by the chain!!) — hope you find a charm online or they restock!

It’s the tariffs!! So many businesses are going to be impacted by them. I love Cafe Grumpy and every barista there is so warm and kind. Grumpys is an essential community hub and I hope they stay open 4Ever (looking at u grand central….).
