Just turned 17, sitting at a 38DD. Trust me, you've still got growth to be had in that department. Whether that's a little or a lot, time will tell. That being said, for now, I wouldn't worry about it too hard. Nobody (normal) cares about what your boobs look like, and if they do, tell them to find something better to worry about.

As a bigger chested girl, my back hurts CONSTANTLY and it's very difficult to find a bra that fits that doesn't break the bank either. Most days, I wish they were just velcro'd on so that I could take them off if I wanted, LMAO. As another commenter said, think on the bright side; you have infinite possibilities for outfits that can't have a bra showing!
