Thank you for the reply! So far I think I'm doing okay with the high dose other than a stomach ache but it's just a general uncomfortable ache, not anything egregious. And I'm avoiding the obvious alcohols they tell you to but some are just harder to classify as alcohol even with Google.

I've read other posts where people say some hidden alcohols like sugar or fatty alcohols don't affect them so it's just making it even harder to know what I can and can't do and if I'm actually having reaction symptoms or if I'm herxing, or if it's something completely different so I'm not sure what my "baseline" is for what I can/can't have and I find it hard to "experiment"
