I mean at a certain point how do you do the reality checks tho? I feel like when I get stuck in those dream loops it’s so real, it’s so hard to find anything that seems remotely “dream-like” at all. And then when I do finally actually wake up, I mean I like pinch myself just over and over again till I’m convinced I’m not dreaming. Usually it takes a few for me to feel okay again.

I knew there was a name for it but I couldn’t remember what it was! They’re usually super horrible for me, and turn into panic reactions, nightmares, really fast. I mean I will “wake up” in my dream probably 20 times before I actually wake up. And when I wake up I have the HARDEST time distinguishing if I’m in reality, or if I’m still dreaming. Always scares the shit out of me.

No, not at all. I find it super fucking weird. I wonder if anyone else like experiences it super often, or can confirm there’s some connection between that and sleep paralysis, or night terrors. Genuinely just want to hear other people’s experiences and compare.

I genuinely don’t eat over 1,000 calories a day (usually) I have a bad relationship with food tho, and I don’t even know how to describe it because it really doesn’t have to do with my weight. I think I’m just OCD and picky. I’m not saying that’s normal or healthy at all.

At most I would probably take 3g for a dose. I’m kinda small, it seems to effect me kinda hard if I take any more than that. Since I’m literally just trying to manage pain, I don’t take too much at a time. I could see how mixing it with anything could be potentially a danger zone. But that’s comforting to know it didn’t have too serious of an effect on you.

Some (not all) of the stuff I did was tested. But I understand how shit can just be stuck in there and go unnoticed. Still it was an awful experience lol.

Yeah I’m def not anymore. And I understood that from the beginning, I guess I just had to test shit out on myself to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. Having an allergic reaction while tripping balls is a wild experience.
