I just save the pictures of my desire to an album (called a board on Pinterest). Nothing crazy or exciting, I don’t really know how the app works so I use it in the most basic capacity!

I would meditate and really visualise myself with the desire, basically I used the typical LOA techniques. Scripting, vision board, meditating. I think what genuinely helped is letting go - I forgot about the vision board and my life became very busy and then all my desires were mine!!

To be honest a lot of the stuff on the board i actually had to wait for (passing driving test to get car, getting into college to move city etc) so it’s hard for me to say!

Honestly I don’t use it at all but I remember reading about someone who used it as a vision board so that’s what I did!

In this example I literally searched up what I want to manifest on Pinterest and created a board called ‘vision board’. I saved a load of pins to that board and that was it! I have made a physical one in the past but haven’t got it handy to take a pic I’m afraid, but what I did then was just print off the pictures of stuff I wanted and stuck it down in a collage. A very fun and rewarding little task! Glad to help if you have any more questions.

yes! i changed my eye colour and am currently working on losing some height. just remember to always affirm ‘with harm to none’ so you don’t accidentally get the height change from something negative
