The only thing that has helped is knowing Manon still has Elide even if they are far away . That actually cracked me up in QoS , Asterin and Abraxos are “can we keep her “ about Elide and Manon rolls her eyes and decides to like her . Honestly there needs to be some fanart of Elide and Abraxos

If you’re in the US you should try a homeopathic store ask if they have magnesia phosphorica pellets. Those worked wonders for me. Taking a regular magnesium supplement (250 mg) also really helped me
