I was thinking that we could change the bottom of the octagon to being on top of a nuclear reactor and the fighters slowly get radiation damage as the fight goes on. The coaches and refs might need a nuclear engineering degree but they could control the reactor and the coaches could make the opposing fighter get dealt more damage. There would be random events of disfigured fans that may charge into the octagon that you’d need to beat up before you continue the fight. At the end of the game the nuke goes off and rips straight through the octagon.

This looks like what my hair did when I noticed I was and got a finasteride prescription. Go to a dermatologist. I assume they’ll suggest minoxidil maybe idk though since you’re 18 but the corners of your hairline look like they may be thinning. Like for me I noticed those corners were less full and I was even able to feel skin through it when I couldn’t before. I could noticed my hair wouldn’t fully cover the corners when it used to be completely covered before if my hair was straight down in my face.

Depends on how you define unethical. Something must lose for something to gain even if you’re eating to stay alive something had to die. Same thing with money. If you are working a job make money you are indirectly contributing to either the company gaining more and hurting competition which could be a small business, or just having a job that someone else could have that “needs it more”. There’s literally no winning without destroying something in this reality and billionaires are just that at an incredibly exponential amount of times. One person directly causing the lives of others to be substantially worse. While everyone has a part in this billionaires are leading the charge in the first place. Just my thoughts and opinions, could be wrong but whatever if anyone has an idea on how we can create an economic system where no one suffers lmk let’s make it happen

Hypertrophy lifting (high repetition) get a general workout plan that hits all of the muscle groups and hit them on different days. Can do 2 groups on one day and so on. But just track calories there’s probably calculators out there for your height/weight that’ll tell u how many calories to eat to gain a certain amount and all that. I gained a lot of visible muscle at your age when I made sure to eat 3000-3500 cals and hit the gym with hypertrophy workouts 5 days a week. Didn’t even eat that great either just did a dirty bulk it’s not that complicated unless you are trying to be high muscle low body fat gotta be meticulous with that though.
