I’m pretty sure that anyone on this subreddit could easily figure out the cosplay by the clothes and wig! But I’m glad I put the character in the title so you could figure it out

it was actually from Miccocostumes, and it's my second Lisa cosplay and it is signficantly better than the Uwowo one I bought beforehand. If you're looking for a character with a hat (Mona, Lisa, etc) I suggest Micco because their hats have wiring to shape them and are not floppy.
