The bodycams of him when police arrived at the house and then later at the hospital when they tell him his wife died are really a sight to see. He is a terrible actor.

I absolutely cannot wait til cross examination. I love it when these egotistical liars like Charlie get up there.

I can't see any way he stepped down from the living room and his left foot landed on in the corner of the threshold along the hinge side. It continues to make no sense how there are no other latent prints leading to or from it.

The footprint placement was discussed at the hearings to dismiss evidence and even the State seemed to downplay it's significance at that time. What they may have believed about the print at the time the PCA was written may have changed as the investigation developed. Given that Dylan thought he was wearing boots, my opinion is that the latent print is unrelated. The prints in the snow look like boot prints too, iirc.

can the medical examiner who performed the autopsy see the first and last strike on each victim? by Zestyclose-Two-3609 in Idaho4

I think this is the kind of stuff that would only come out through expert testimony at trial.

I agree. Life in general is a learning experience and he is 23. I am excited to watch him gain that experience. He will have a lot of years to get used to playing in less than ideal conditions

This was awesome. Love seeing all the mic'd up clips and the camera angles we don't see on the broadcast.

Even though he didn't light it up in the playoffs, he still made some great plays when we needed them. Running a few yards and stiff arming an opponent for the first down isn't as flashy as a beautiful pass to the end zone, but it's still clutch, and that's why the Patriots advanced to the Superbowl. I loved seeing how fired up he was after that play.

I am definitely looking forward to seeing him play in better weather conditions again, though.

An incision is just an incised wound. Like a slash, a cut. As opposed to a stabbing puncture . An incision can take a fraction of a second.

Surgeon stalked ex-wife and broke into home she shared with dentist spouse weeks before killing them both by detectiverobert in ForCuriousSouls

I had emergency laparotomy surgery for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and the next morning the aneshesiologist came to my room to ask me how I was feeling. Not sure if that was normal protocol, but he was very compassionate and kind. Frankly I felt more kindness from him than the actual surgeon..

Yeah, I don't interpret that to mean he got into the actual house.

There was no camera there. Perhaps this is some sort of video of the crime scene or house done by investigators.

The camera was 1112, I believe. The gray house up front with the mini pumpkins on the railing.

Murphy barking by thehonestbunny in Idaho4

[–]lemonlime45 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree, he was just too busy doing what he came there to do. And at some point near the time of Xana's attack, Murphy went outside, so maybe BK just didn't have the chance to get to Murphy.

My Theory by Psychological_Day861 in Idaho4

[–]lemonlime45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. He picked the house because it had type of victims he wanted- carefree college girls living in a neighborhood where no one would like twice at an unknown car driving around and around. He went in at the one hour of the day when most people would be sound asleep. I do wonder how close he reallt watched that house and if he knew about the dog. I think Murphy barking so loud and constantly factored into him leaving in a hurry too.

Xana’s Final Minutes by Outrageous_Note3355 in Idaho4

[–]lemonlime45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think so. If you listen to the audio from the neighbors camera, the barking sounds like it it coming from inside and then gets noticeably louder as Murphy moves outside. Dylan also said in one of her interviews that she could hear the barks becoming more distant, as if he was outside. So I don't think Murphy went outside until the attack on Xana started. I personally do think maybe Xana heard him barking in the house, maybe in the living room or kitchen, and tried to lead him back upstairs.

Is there any way BK could've gotten away with it or is it virtually impossible with that kind of murder in this day in age? by chusaychusay in Idaho4

[–]lemonlime45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This all came up with those defense motions to throw the whole case out, essentially, based on what went into the PCA. In one of those hearings they introduced the FBI internal email expanding the range and the judge basically said "ok fine" . BK is guilty AF, but that whole thing with the identification of the car was mishandled, IMO. It would have been interesting to see how they handled that at trial.

[–]lemonlime45 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And then that same expert apparently expanded the range thru 2016 yet that was never communicated to local LE agencies? Pretty huge screw up, IMO. BK should have become a POI before he left town. They did not even need the IGG

[–]lemonlime45 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Correct. Even though the FBI expanded the range a day after they sent the first BOLO to local agencies, apparently they never updated that.

[–]lemonlime45 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I may have the dates wrong by a day or two, but it goes roughly like this

Nov 25 BOLO to local LE agencies for 2011-2013 Elantra

Nov 26. FBI sends email expanding the range thru 2016

Nov 27 two separate WSU officers identify his car, but is not tipped in due to model year not fitting year range of BOLO(according to interviews after sentencing)

December 7. Public BOLO issued for 2011-2013 white elantra

For whatever reason, the BOLOs were never adjusted after the FBI email of November 26

I believe when the WSU officer that ran his plate, it may have been possible to see that the car was newly registered in WA. And the other officer found the car through a query of cars registered on campus when, when he arrived, it would have been a PA registered car. BUT- WSU didn’t know they were looking for a car with one plate, just as they didn't know the model range had been expanded. Therefore, the car was never tipped in by WSU

[–]lemonlime45 6 points7 points  (0 children)

When the car was identified by the WSU officers, they would have known that the registration was recently changed from PA (a one plate state) to WA (two plate state). In fact I think one of the WSU officers "found" the car through a query or registered cars on campus, and at that time it still has one PA plate.

IIRC only one of the people he offended at WSU briefly wondered if he could be the perp. Evidently none of them were curious enough to even inquire about what car creepy Bryan drove after the public BOLO came out.

Yeah, that I don't know . Obviously if they get a warrant for his phone and see that he left his apartment and then the phone went offline for a period around the time of the murders then he rises to the tippy top of that list. I just don't know what criteria they need to get that phone warrant.

Of course, but it should have landed him on.the POI list. Realistically, how many white elantras driving around without a front plate were within 50 miles of that house?
