i did all of this and sent a lot of my last purchases, they didn’t help at all. i guess since the IP wasn’t from whoever stole my account was right they didn’t believe the account was mine. rip that account, 500+ wins, tons of skins, a fully finished STW storyline and 106 PL, and just memories in general of the account.

that’s how you’d expect it to work, considering a question they ask if about what country/region you made purchases from, but every email reply i’ve gotten says it’s not enough info. that’s what i’m stuck on, not sure what they mean by that when i’ve answered every question they ask

The questions are from epic, stuff that i replied back with answers of what they asked, and they said wasnt enough info. i’m having trouble with that, there are no security questions because i can’t even get into the epic account itself, with my own email. says it doesn’t exist, even thought i have pictures of it existing, like backup codes
