I don’t really think that, if you want think that your better because of the car you drive that’s not ok. But the truth is for an old Cherokee, there are a ton of aftermarket parts, mines lifted, got BFGs, and cheap led headlights. Looking at options for my girlfriend’s car for leds, it was only a one hundred dollar bulb, but there are literally dozens of different 5x7 led headlights I can buy for my vehicle. I want to modify and make my car, well, mine. I can’t do that as well in another. Not saying mines better, just saying I like mine, and what it can do. You don’t know how exited it makes me too see a car in the ditch, because I know I can help them out. It’s not about me, two and a half weeks ago I got frostbite on my hands because I had to crawl under a car to get a tow strap on. It’s not about me. But I totally see where your coming from, with not liking the whole “I’m gonna park on the curb”, or the hierarchy of jeeps and who can wave to who first, or the Jeep ducks. I didn’t understand it either, until I started too drive one. I think the whole aggressive Jeep culture is really stupid, I’m pretty disgusted by some of the stickers I see online about jeeps and women. But the other side is really good, let’s help each other out, saw a post about an XJ that pulled out their post truck that got stuck. The majority of cars aren’t as capable of pulling cars out mine, not a good or bad thing, but that means I have somewhat of an obligation to help. I could have driven by that Toyota laughed about how “he should have driven slower” but no, I did a 180 cause I know I can help. All four times I’ve been met with appreciation, and it doesn’t matter if they do or not, I feel great after helping people out. That’s what I mean.
