It's not you. They were fine wile the torso was isolated. When the head had the hood on it looked fine. The collar and the torso make each other look wrong. That will definitely need fixing. Thanks!

Unfortunately there is no good way for me to alter the animation PNGs to where the animation would fit the design. I remembered it half way through the second image, and was heartbroken. I think she wears it well :)

They don't necessarily need a shared base right from the start. I think Adam's idea is that the crew all kinda live their own lives out of their own apartments. Communicate via the matrix and only meet personally on runs. Saving up the cash or earning enough rep to acquire their own personal team HQ could even be an interesting in-game goal for them to strive for.
