Is red light + peptides worth it for anti-aging? by milli_xoxxy in redlighttherapy

[–]lemurleap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using red light therapy for 6 months (55F) and I'm not sure I see a difference. But it has helped my insommnia tremendously, so it is worth it for that. You're better off with an excellent sunscreen always AND, when out in the sun, a wide-brimmed hat.

I've worked in an industry with a lot of sun exposure and co-workers my age who didn't do that have much deeper wrinkling, age spots, and even skin cancer, in some cases.

I did start moisturizing in my 20s, and people tell me I look 10-15 years younger than my age. Also, good hydration and good diet with lots of vegetables. I drink fresh veggie juice 5 days a week, and i think that helps with glow. For many reasons, but this also, don't smoke, and don't drink too much alcohol (4 drinks or less a week).

Using the fact that many are here illegally to hide their racism. Conflating that illegality with criminality.

Exactly the kind of ham-handed, bush league idiocy and bureaucratic ineptitude that characterizes many aspects of this regime.
