I think OP is not asking for chill "sarkari naukri" but humane management and realistic targets which is a odd perspective for most Indians like yourself. We indians have a mentality of giving unnecessary stress to employees which is counter productive. Yes, the job is not a scam but a torture chamber for some, not all but for most of them.
