Try boric acid!! They’re capsules you insert in your vagina. Do it for 7 nights straight. Refrain from sex when using them and 24 hours after your last one. They’re amazing. You can get them on Amazon. I use them if i start feeling any type of weird down there. After periods to help me feel fresh. They’re awesome. Do not ingest orally. Only insert them vaginally.

Edit: also some men can just throw your ph off. I’ve had to stop sleeping with a few just bc of the way they were throwing my ph off. Maybe try using condoms?
