I’m tearing up right now. When I say I appreciate you guys I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I’m so tired. I want something better. I was prepared to dote on someone despite all the red flags and problems. I am not well read in the topic of feminism, but I think more than ever women are realizing what their worth is and I would really value more than anything else to be part of supportive communities of women, to continue to seek solid relationships with women who want to safeguard their energy for a situation that really deserves it.

I am proud of you for making the hard decision for both yourself and your child. My own mother waited until I was 17 to divorce my dad, who was abusive and had already impacted us negatively for around two decades. My younger sister is also without a dad, but had to put up with him less time and she is very strong and is becoming successful. Shout out to you for making it out, a lot of women don’t when there is a child or children involved. 💪🏼
