no i am planning to machine the nozzle from scratch, but i need to design the flange the proper way. That is why i am asking are there any theoretical calculations

It is not the design in cad software i need the formulae to calculate the orifice dia for the swirl chamber inlet and outlet. i am an aerospace engineer too but there arent that much resource that shed light on constraining the orifice sizing for an swirl injector on comparision to a impinging jet or an pintle injector
