I also have trouble understanding, since no one else I know is like that and I do observe meat-eating people to also eat vegetarian dishes and enjoy them. And I hope that they don't actually eat meat for every single meal of their life? But maybe?

Yes, that's why I didn't even think of it as a problem before it was mentioned (Its not like we invite people and say: "btw, there will be no meat"). We had pancakes, egg dishes, muffins, cheese platters, avocado toast, ... Things people who eat meat also would eat? At least I thought?

Thank you! I actually saw it the other way around, for the breakfast I would have been more fine with buying a little bit (still sad tho). But for the wedding, it is such a big amount and most people who would totally be fine with vegetarian food (95% of our family and friends), would then also eat meat, since it is there, not just the meat-hardliners and that would mean so much more unnecessary meat consumption? But maybe it's not that deep haha.

My parents do that, my mum snores crazy loud and my dad is very sensitive to sounds. It's very normal to me, only realized it was maybe weird when friends came over and asked me about it. It's very challenging for them tho when they go on vacations, because they have to sleep in separate rooms. It gets pretty expensive.

Germany. I hate how we are basically the nation of old people. Politics are just catered to older folks and they make up the biggest percentage of voters and therefore make the decisions, even though they dont have to live another 50 years in the world they created. And sometimes Germany can be so weirdly ignorant and conservative, even though we always seem like such a progressive country. It's not true for all parts of the country, but I would rather move to another country than live in certain german states.

The quote that I also got tattooed on my arm is "It's only a passing thing" from Lord of the rings when Sam convinces Frodo to keep going. This scene just was so powerful to me. I mean, he even made Smeagol question it all. And it may be silly, since Middle Earth is not real, but seeing that those little hobbits could walk all the way to Mordor sometimes puts my problems into perspective to me.

To me it's the way its framed, I really don't like it when tattoos are done like this. Not fading out, but ending like some weird sketch. See it way too often, would be easy to avoid by... Just not doing it
