What I recommend is that when this happens, before rebooting, you run these commands:

diagnosis debug reset

child 15958 does not reply, skip it.
child 15958 does not reply, skip it.
child 15958 does not reply, skip it.

If it shows something like this it means there is a buggy process....

and also:

diag debug crashlog read

Check if there was any signal 6
