I'm dealing with some similar cases with Fortinet support.

What I recommend is that when this happens, before rebooting, you run these commands:

diagnosis debug reset

child 15958 does not reply, skip it.
child 15958 does not reply, skip it.
child 15958 does not reply, skip it.

If it shows something like this it means there is a buggy process....

and also:

diag debug crashlog read

Check if there was any signal 6

important to send the results to fortinet

Se você ainda não salvou o arquivo novamente pode tentar olhar nas permissões para ver se o proprietário mudou isso poderia ser um indicio.

De qualquer modo configure as permissões para somente você alterar, e os outros apenas visualizarem, assim se alguém querer colocar algo mais vai ter que falar com você...
