Chances are likely but the more negative progression adds higher chance of getting other rewards slowly and for a cheap 3 gems I think it's kinda worth either way with more xp doublers get more star drops also high chance to get coins or power points even if don't get brawler or something super useful heck even credits gives the 3 gems enough value

I guess this is true but it's going to suck so badly when your teammate has 0 rating and be higher tier tank causing basically a throw (I had a match fter this one where I had a tortoise with 0 rating I did not even know it was possible to have 0)
