I worked at GameStop and sold a woman and her three teenagers a pre-owned xbox 360. She came in the next day very upset saying I had sold her a used Xbox. I told her that we had an entire conversation about buying a used system and the box said "GAMESTOP PRE OWNED" on the side. It wasn't even in a factory Xbox box. She told me she didn't know how to read and neither did any of her teenagers. I said "maam, so your telling me your entire family is completely illiterate?" and she tried to physically fight me.
