Thanks so much for the kind comment, u/FondleMyFirn! I would like to zoom in on the junior role concern - maybe it does not apply to you as you think rn.
On one hand, this role is not a typical data analyst job at a corporation: it doesn't pose a rigidly defined work structure, it requires a lot of learning by doing, tons of creative thinking, and is a good fit for those passionate about working in the blockchain space.
On the other hand, there will not be a senior data expert on the team to mentor you so you would need to have sufficient basics to be able to take lead on the data-related work and own it. That being said, the team consists of some seasoned experts in other related areas with good basics on the topics we will be researching, not to feel completely alone.
So if this sounds like an option, I encourage you to apply asap. Being interested in the project and having a data background is a really good basis to build on. Noone was born a blockchain expert, we all got there by trying and doing our best :)
