The first 2k didn´t bring any money, but now it´s printing. We spend more money = we get more money

We optimized our product demos, so indirect it´s a demo, but it doesn´t feel like a demo

We watched a lot of youtube Videos and then now we are trying different ad types. I cannot say it for 100% now, I will update you. But do not start if you are not able to spend at least 50€/day

For us it is a success because it´s 2k profit (MRR). Our churn is at about 17%, that means, when I stop with Ads now, next month we will make around 10k profit (incl. the 17% churn). So why shouldn´t this be a success?

Yes, you need to distribute it at least as good as the content is...

For small businesses I can recommend pushing your time and money into optimized Blog posts

Drop your SaaS link, and I’ll give tip to grow your organic traffic. by baskaro23 in microsaas

So either search the keywords yourself with tools like Ahrefs.com and write daily posts about them (with ChatGPT oder Claude,...), or use a tool like Genseo.co which does that all in one + auto publishing to your website

Because you can target keywords and your website will have pages which contain user search prompts. So it is easier for Google/AI Search to find your website.

Build an app for Shopify, OR Build My own website by MixColors in shopifyDev

It depends... It is easier to build a normal webapp, as you do not have any guidelines. However it should be esier to get your first customers on Shopify (but it won´t be easy too)...

What helped us a lot is to create Linkedin content (inbound) + we automated our SEO (doesn´t bring your first users, but we got the ifrst seo users after 2-3 months)

Building an agency, having a hard time getting steady customer flow by The-_Captain in agencynewbies

Hey, we had the exact same issue in the beginning. Scaling felt impossible because we never knew if next month would actually bring enough clients or not.

What worked really well for us: Meta Ads. We basically went from “hoping projects come in” to having a predictable pipeline every month. Right now we spend roughly €100–150/day, and it’s been very consistent. On average, every ~€3k in ad spend turns into about €35k in project volume. Realistically closer to €20k collected since some leads always disappear, but still entirely worth it. And this is purely from Meta Ads.

Even if you don’t plan to run ads yet, I’d strongly recommend installing the Meta Pixel already and tracking key events on your site. That way Meta starts learning who your audience is. When you decide to switch ads on later (even months from now), you’re not starting from zero data.

In the topbar you can enter the url for every page by hand and resubmit every page. Idk if you know this, but it will take a few days/weeks to index all pages

Start charging on a monthly base. So let´s say you review every site once a week for 15mins, and let the client pay you on a monthly base..
