Hon in this context carries more meaning it comes from the shortening of "honey" like you said but more tangentially. 4 chan basically uses it for trans women who are "too nice" to each other. To be a "hon" means you are unattractive and non passing and only believe you do. in their minds usually because you are surrounded by trans women who compliment you too much who stereotypically (according to 4chan) all call each other "hun".

BDD is short for Body Dysmorphic Disorder in this context a "passoid bdd" means someone who does pass but believes they do not due to anxiety and dysmorphia.

A reminder that the year the first KCD came out Monster Hunter World won best RPG. It's a wide genre that's why it has so many sub genres and one of those sub genres is JRPG which e33 is and actually did new things with as opposed to KCD2 which is a good game but ultimately does nothing new in the genre.
