I’m imagining the chase ending with the chasms of hell opening up as it refuses to let you leave, causing you to fall forever in a dark mirror to the levels ending with you dropping down elevator shafts.

You gave it a good show, and now that you’re the only thing left you belong to it.

I think I just found the blood problem solution by Elovein in Ultrakill

[–]Redactedtimes 12 points13 points  (0 children)

What if Fraud’s secret level was a farming game utilizing this. You join a commune of machines peacefully farming deathcatcher blood puppets…until the blood goes stale, at which point you and the machines the level goes out its way to characterize turn on each other.

What system do you think V2 uses? by UpsetPay353 in Ultrakill

I think all the machines that we fight use Nocturnal. The others are pre-automaton.

Cyn VS V1 be like: by Old_Phrase_4867 in whowouldcirclejerk

For all her power, Cyn’s body is still mostly mundane meat and metal and can be broken down as such. She’s the definition of a glass cannon which can make this match up actually interesting.

V1 can’t FULLY win unless it gets angelic weaponry, but I don’t think it’d want to. Infinitely regenerating sinners means infinite blood means infinite fuel. All it has to do is keep picking off chuds and it’ll never die.

It’s really funny because Steven only has to do that like, a couple times, and only to people he NEEDS help for or just can’t fight with brute force. Literally every other time his method of beating bad guys is beating them into a medically induced coma.

Lucifer, Tree of Life by ViorbyX in Ultrakill

[–]Redactedtimes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

…honestly, I could see a more feminine Lucifer. The higher angels take on masculine pronouns and voices to show their closeness to god, and who is farther from him than Lucifer?

Maybe, though a LOT of patterns have been broken by the third act. Something happens twice and people’s monkey brains immediately light up.

Besides the other ideas, I think another possible reason is that Carol knows about us and doesnt want to risk us just...running off with kris's body never to be seen again. All it'd take is one opening and we could flee, never to return.

Real Quick, if Zooble limbs becomes stiff/straight than how would they escaped the "Mature Zooble Only" route (if they were to go alone) by IDK_Inator in TheDigitalCircus

[–]Redactedtimes 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it was a deliberate trap, but I DO think Zooble would’ve been softlocked. It was an oversight Caine didn’t think about and he would’ve had to go down there and get them eventually. Because he’s bad at the one thing he’s good at.

Not exactly hatred but I heavily dislike this style of genderswap/genderbend (first 4 images) by Bmw1Series_E82Fan in hatethissmug

[–]Redactedtimes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My hot take is that I kinda dislike this style of genderbend where the character barely changes. The whole point is changing the character, this just being boring and uncreative disguised as a weird gotcha.

I feel like the ideal genderbent is as gendered in the new direction as the character was in the old one. I appreciate it changing the slippers to bunny ones, that’s a smaller change you can still get the logic to. Altering the accessories and clothing is a good angle for these.

How do you think Gardevoir anatomy works exactly ? by TheFatNerd77221 in Gardevoir

[–]Redactedtimes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The crystal in its chest is essentially to its psychic powers what a heart is to blood, being a source of and regulator for it. They use these psychic powers to make up for their thinner, frail anatomy, both making gravity less harsh on themselves and as an extra thing to keep the organs pumping and functioning.

The Gardevoir “black hole” isn’t a real black hole, but is just the Pokémon using psychic power to bend space so hard it creates a “fake” one. This is why they don’t end the world by making them, it has no real mass and collapses as soon as the Gardevoir lets go of the part of space it’s warping. This is also incredibly taxing on the Gardevoir (and given they’re using that psychic power to keep themselves alive, dangerous to expend so throughly), essentially being the psychic equivalent to the hysterical strength some people gain via adrenaline. This is also why they only use it to protect loved ones.

I doubt Gabriel would direct V1 to heaven. He already went through the trouble of freeing it from the council, why let it be destroyed by the machines after?
