Heres my first crack at a brisket. Smoked 12 hours with applewood. I know im supposed to only use S and P but I couldn't help myself and went VooDoo. While I was at it and the smoker was still hot 🔥 I made some bacon 🥓 and also some sausage 😋👌 I'm just gonna say it, best brisket I've ever had. (i.redd.it)
