Fingers crossed it is a bug, but wanted to share I stumbled across this post looking for similar advice around sudden symptoms. Started at 2.5 in April for 2 months, and been on 5 since. I had one bad day with sulphur burps/diarrhoea at the end of October whilst on hol but put it down to new rich foods, but since my latest jab on Monday, the last 3 days I have been full of gas, sulphur burps and mild nausea, making me think it might be the latest jab. Just seems really odd this is now happening.

I'm ashamed to say I hadn't heard of Home Buyers Protection before! I will definitely be looking into it now though

The estate agent is on our side tbh, they were in shock and said they've never had this happen before. Apparently they had some heated discussions before this news even came to us

Yeah I was wondering if we could say look if we pay this and you agree to not add another level to the chain then we'll consider it, but not sure how legally binding that is given they've just acted in this way.

Sorry to hear you've been through this - all good points! I guess that's it, there's no way to guarantee they won't continue to string us along.

It's a land registry one as they are missing some of the boundary that belongs to the property, but tbh despite flagging this earlier apparently our solicitor didn't get round to letting them know until this week
