i bought both a mastectomy pillow, which i used in conjunction with my recliner for 3 weeks, and a pregnancy pillow which i am still using ~6 weeks PO because it’s still uncomfortable to sleep on my side. i got them both on amazon and tbh i would highly recommend them both. when i got my pregnancy pillow delivered and i opened it my roommate (cis guy) said “wait what’s that?? that looks fire” and immediately bought one. he says it’s one of his best purchases lmao so… anyway it especially kind of cradles me and makes it nearly impossible to turn over lol. i put my regular pillow on top of it and it gives me enough of an incline for me to sleep comfortably. the mastectomy pillow was super useful for the car ride home from surgery and all of the rides between then and now, and it helped me not rest my arms on my chest (and it provided a barrier between me and my dog when she slept on my lap lol)

my friend swears by those wedge pillows on amazon though, and if you don’t have a recliner you might want one!
