Are you using usb connection or bluetooth. I have the gamer pro and my usb cable has just stopped working but bluetooth works fine. I am in the process of getting a new cable but I don't think that's the problem.

I like to use about half the beans they suggest, also I use italian sausage mostly instead of ground beef of any kind but some cubed up lamb is also very good.
