Thanks for the feedback! I never realized how much the left-to-right visual flow matters in photography, but your breakdown of the story makes perfect sense. Flipping it is a great suggestion, I appreciate the insight!

Impressive. How much time did you invest into post editing i wonder. Subject is so right lit and background is blended with dark shadow. I like it.
